Accountant role seeking UAE accounting experience, with emphasis on VAT compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The stated location is UAE.
Salary
- Salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations; support monthly and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules, and handle UAE VAT calculations, documentation, and returns.
- Maintain invoices and expense records, support audits, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on receivables.
- Follow internal accounting procedures and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE; hands-on UAE VAT knowledge is mandatory.
- Understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting; experience with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong MS Excel skills, numerical accuracy, attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
