Acts as the key contact between customers and the workshop team throughout vehicle reception, servicing, repairs, and handover.
Seeks a Service Advisor with an automotive dealership or service-centre background and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand service needs, prepare job cards, and explain repairs, service scope, timelines, and estimated costs.
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and keep customers updated on progress, additional work, delays, and completion.
- Recommend maintenance and value-added services, maintain records and invoices, and handle customer concerns.
- Follow up after service and ensure completed work is clearly explained at vehicle handover.
Requirements
- At least 2 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service centre.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and workshop processes; ability to coordinate with customers and workshop teams.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills, good spoken and written English, and good computer and documentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
