Role Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home.
In this role, the manager will analyze current operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across projects and functions.
Responsibilities include mapping and documenting workflows, developing and implementing process improvement plans, and monitoring key performance indicators to measure impact.
The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence, facilitate problem-solving workshops, and support change management activities.
This role also involves preparing clear reports and presentations for leadership and sharing best practices to foster a continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement, with experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote work.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is highly beneficial; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, process mapping software) and preparing concise management reports.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
