Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Regional Operations Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Regional Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities across projects in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company standards, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, contractors, and vendors; monitoring performance metrics; and implementing operational best practices.
The role will involve reviewing and optimizing processes, resolving operational issues, and supporting resource planning and allocation.
The Regional Operations Manager will also contribute to reporting for senior leadership, support compliance with local regulations and company policies, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including regional oversight, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction management, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and maintain productive vendor and partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic regional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Familiarity with regional regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
