Role Description
The Business Architecture Manager will work on-site in Abu Dhabi in a part-time capacity, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and optimize business capabilities, processes, and operating models.
Responsibilities include mapping current and target-state business architectures, defining value streams, and aligning business capabilities with strategic objectives and real estate development initiatives.
The role involves analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities, and proposing structured solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
The manager will prepare clear documentation, models, and roadmaps, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment across departments.
This role also contributes to governance frameworks, supports change management activities, and helps prioritize initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or business analysis, preferably in real estate, investment, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in documenting and modeling business capabilities, processes, value streams, and operating models using standard frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and develop structured recommendations for leadership.
- Competence in stakeholder management, including facilitating workshops, leading cross-functional discussions, and aligning diverse perspectives.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including interpreting financial, operational, and market data to inform business architecture decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, CBAP) are a plus.
- Experience working on-site in collaborative environments, with the ability to manage part-time schedules while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a mission-driven, high-growth organization and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
