Role Description
The Business Architecture Manager will work on-site in Dubai in a part-time capacity, partnering closely with leadership to align business strategy, operating models, and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, mapping end-to-end value streams, and designing target operating models that support the company’s real estate portfolio and growth plans.
The role involves defining business capabilities, documenting requirements, and translating strategic objectives into practical roadmaps and frameworks for business units.
The Business Architecture Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across strategy, operations, finance, technology, and real estate development to ensure initiatives are consistent, feasible, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Day-to-day activities also include preparing business architecture documentation, facilitating workshops, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through structured analysis and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or closely related roles, ideally within real estate, construction, or large-scale development environments.
- Strong skills in analyzing and mapping business processes, value streams, and operating models, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable designs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus around business priorities and change initiatives.
- Proficiency in creating clear documentation, such as capability maps, process diagrams, business requirements, and roadmaps, using standard tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of strategic planning, portfolio management, and performance measurement concepts, with the ability to connect business outcomes to initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to complex business challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Business Architecture certifications) are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai on a part-time schedule, manage time effectively
