Role Description
The Leadership Development Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs that support the growth of current and emerging leaders across the organization.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing curricula and learning paths, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and providing one-on-one coaching to leaders at various levels.
The role also involves evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing feedback and performance data, and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
The Leadership Development Manager will collaborate closely with HR, senior leadership, and functional managers to embed leadership capabilities into organizational culture and support succession planning.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership development expertise, including experience in Leadership Development, Training & Development, and Coaching.
- Proven program design and delivery skills, including Program Management and Training for leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Experience conducting learning needs assessments, defining competencies, and building structured leadership pipelines.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze learning data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., coaching, L&D, HR) are an asset.
- Experience working in real estate, large family groups, or fast-growing organizations in the MENA region is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid, part-time setting with strong self-management, planning, and time-management capabilities.
