Responsibilities
- Research devotional, mythology, and spiritual topics to create meaningful content.
- Lead in-house and freelance writers, editors, and contributors.
- Develop monthly and seasonal editorial calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Oversee eBooks, infographics, quizzes, and marketing copy in English and Hindi.
- Set quality benchmarks, editing processes, and standards for originality, cohesion, and brand voice.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement; use content analytics and user insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goals.
- Manage timelines, resource planning, and content pipelines; mentor writers and build scalable processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional content writing or editing experience; digital publishing or devotional/spiritual experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and developing content contributors.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading in both English and Hindi.
- Deep interest in Indian culture, mythology, and spirituality.
- Experience establishing scalable content operations and workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and content performance tools.
- Process-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
