What you'll do
- Create and post short-form video for Instagram and TikTok to drive views and shares.
- Own the brand’s presence on both platforms and grow followers, reach, and engagement month over month.
- Manage stories, reels, and real-time content; identify trends and create timely content.
- Analyze performance and use results to continuously improve content.
What we're looking for
- Two to three years of experience creating video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Track performance metrics and understand what drives growth.
- Work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Know what works on each platform rather than simply repurposing the same video everywhere.
