Role overview

Advisory and analysis

• Support client reports with in-depth research, data analysis, and data management.
• Work on highest and best use studies, feasibility studies, market research and benchmarking, go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and valuation in collaboration with the Valuation team.
• Contribute to strategy for residential, office, retail, sports and leisure, industrial and logistics, hospitality, healthcare, and education assets.
• Develop client-specific real estate strategies and consulting solutions; contribute commercial and financial expertise to strategies and presentations.
• Evaluate space rationalization and formulate cost-reduction strategies.

Team and client impact

• Coordinate project and team activities, schedules, and task assignments, and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, influence stakeholders toward agreements, and align property and location directives with clients’ strategic directions.

Experience and qualifications

• Requires 5–12 years of relevant experience; management experience is valued.
• A bachelor’s degree is ideal, and equivalent experience and education are also considered.

Capabilities and tools

• Build real estate strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop business plans.
• Use advanced mathematical and analytical skills to interpret large datasets and communicate actionable findings.
• Bring strong written and oral communication, presentation, stakeholder-influence, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with analytical and modeling tools.
