Consultant – Paediatric Ophthalmology
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant in Paediatric Ophthalmology to join a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain.
Position Details
- Job Title: Consultant Ophthalmologist (Paediatric)

Key Requirements
- Preference for candidates eligible for DOH licensing as Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmology
- Proven experience in Paediatric Ophthalmology at Consultant level
- If subspecialty exposure is limited, candidates must demonstrate adequate experience in paediatric ophthalmology cases supported by a detailed surgical/clinical logbook
- Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise in managing paediatric eye conditions
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
Role Overview
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of paediatric ophthalmic conditions
- Perform relevant surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Collaborate with paediatrics and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
