Urgent Hiring \| Vascular Consultant \| Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly qualified **Vascular Consultant** for a prestigious **government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi**.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced vascular specialists looking to join a leading healthcare institution and contribute to delivering advanced surgical and vascular care.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum **7+ years of post-specialty experience** in Vascular Surgery
  • **American Board Certification, Canadian Board Certification, or CCT (UK) is mandatory / highly preferred**
  • Strong expertise in the diagnosis and management of arterial, venous, and lymphatic disorders
  • Proven experience in both open and endovascular vascular procedures
  • Leadership and supervisory experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent clinical judgment and multidisciplinary collaboration skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of vascular conditions including aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, varicose veins, and deep vein thrombosis
  • Perform advanced open vascular surgeries and endovascular interventions
  • Evaluate and manage emergency vascular cases and trauma-related vascular injuries
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate closely with interventional radiologists, cardiologists, and critical care teams
  • Lead and supervise junior physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, international standards, and patient safety protocols
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and clinical governance programs
  • Contribute to education, training, and mentoring of medical staff
