Urgent Hiring \| Emergency Medicine – Adult Consultant \| Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly qualified **Emergency Medicine – Adult Consultant** for a prestigious **government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi**.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced emergency medicine specialists who are looking to join a high-performing healthcare institution and contribute to delivering world-class emergency care.

Key Requirements

  • **American Board Certification or Canadian Board Certification is mandatory / highly preferred**
  • Strong expertise in managing acute, critical, and trauma-related adult cases
  • Proven experience in fast-paced emergency department settings
  • Leadership and supervisory experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent clinical decision-making and crisis management skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of emergency and critical adult cases
  • Provide immediate life-saving interventions and stabilization for trauma and acute medical emergencies
  • Lead emergency response teams during high-acuity and critical situations
  • Perform emergency procedures including airway management, resuscitation, and advanced life support
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for admissions, referrals, and critical care transfers
  • Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, emergency protocols, and patient safety standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and emergency preparedness programs
  • Contribute to departmental training, education, and clinical governance
