A landscape company is seeking a Construction Manager for full-time work with immediate joining.
The role oversees construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Schedule deliverables and estimate costs after reviewing projects in depth.
- Monitor on-site and off-site construction for building and safety compliance.
- Direct contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet quality standards.
- Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project participants.
- Review progress daily and prepare internal and external job-status reports.
- Prevent and resolve problems; analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, obtain permits and licenses, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required qualifications
- University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Landscape field experience and 2–3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional certification such as CCM, AC, or CPC is listed.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
