Location

Project and site delivery

• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Identify risks, delays, and mitigation measures; coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee daily site operations and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements; resolve technical and operational issues.

Quality, contracts, and leadership

• Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce HSE, safety, and environmental requirements; coordinate inspections, audits, and approvals.
• Support EOT claims, variation orders, contract administration, progress billing, cost control, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities; lead the site team, track KPIs, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8–10 years of civil construction experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
