Role overview

Site supervision and workforce management

• Supervise daily civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure tasks.
• Assign tasks, monitor worker performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Guide and train site staff to maintain quality and efficiency.

Project execution and monitoring

• Ensure construction complies with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report delays or issues to site engineers.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for site operations.

Safety and compliance

• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of PPE and equipment on site.
• Identify and mitigate hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.

Coordination and quality

• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and progress; provide management updates.
• Inspect completed work, address defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support quality-control inspections and audits.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in infrastructure, residential, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
