Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment according to brand standards; maintain taste, presentation, and service speed.
• Greet customers and offer refreshments courteously; provide attentive service to VIP and regular lounge guests.
• Assist with light hospitality duties in the showroom.
• Monitor coffee, tea, water, condiments, and related supplies; notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
• Refill and clean coffee machines and service stations regularly.
• Keep the coffee area, lounge tables, and serving tools clean and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with refreshments at special events, product launches, or client meetings when applicable.

Qualifications and experience

• Four to six years of barista or food-and-beverage experience; hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista tools.
• Strong customer-service skills and a pleasant personality.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Skills and competencies

• Technical skills include coffee machine operation, espresso-based beverage preparation, hygiene and safety practices, basic inventory handling, and customer interaction etiquette.
• Expected competencies include integrity, safety, job knowledge, work quality, productivity, teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
