ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a Conference Producer for a leading event organizer based in Dubai.
The Conference Producer will manage conferences from inception to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and identify relevant, interesting conference topics.
- Acquire speakers and prepare conference programmes and agendas.
- Develop networking opportunities for delegates, speakers, and sponsors.
Position Requirements
- At least three years of experience organizing international conferences.
- Solid skills in research, planning, and delivery.
- Expertise in conference programmes, speaker acquisition, and agenda preparation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects through effective organizational skills.
