Coordinate guest arrangements and services, respond to requests, provide information about the hotel and surrounding area, and follow up to support guest satisfaction.
Guest services and operations
- Arrange requested services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, or identify appropriate providers.
- Respond to special requests and follow up; process guest calls, messages, questions, requests, and concerns.
- Provide information about the hotel, nearby services, events, and activities.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to resolve guest needs and problems.
- Review shift records, document relevant information, and monitor lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Standards and working conditions
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies and quality standards, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold professional appearance and communication.
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist people with disabilities, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move items weighing up to 4.5 kilograms without assistance; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Recommended qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
