The Concierge Agent supports guest arrival and departure experiences and provides services throughout guests' hotel stays.
The role involves addressing guest requests, completing operational tasks and reports, and sharing local highlights.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure and help create memorable experiences.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Help create a safe workplace and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and work conditions
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
- No license or certification is listed.
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance is described.
