Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Manager to lead and grow our vibrant professional network.
As a Community Manager, you will oversee community engagement, organize and execute events, foster meaningful connections among members, and manage online and offline forums.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to curate and share valuable content aligned with our mission.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and online community engagement
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for fostering connections
- Knowledge of professional development trends and a commitment to empowering others
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or within professional communities is a plus
- Familiarity with the Dubai professional and business ecosystem is advantageous
