• This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the management, operations, and performance of large-scale residential communities.
• The successful candidate will drive service excellence, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value across premium developments in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end community management operations
• Develop operational frameworks, SOPs, and governance standards
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
• Drive resident engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Manage relationships with FM providers, contractors, and government authorities
• Handle complex escalations and post-handover matters
• Lead and develop a high-performing communities team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• 8–12 years’ experience in community or property management
• Strong background in large-scale UAE developments
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills are advantageous
