Blend Hair Extensions is a premium hair extension brand built for the professional.
We work primarily with stylists and salons across the UK and the UAE — supplying the hair professionals trust, backed by a team that truly understands the industry.
We've been trading for six years, founded by a professional extensionist with over a decade of hands-on experience.
Everything we do is built around the trade: the quality of the product, the depth of the relationships, and the support we give the professionals who use it.
We're a small, intentional team — and we're growing.
This role sits at the heart of how we look after our trade customers and community.
The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service, Account & Community Manager to join the Blend team, based in Dubai.
This isn't a traditional customer service position.
Our trade customers — stylists and salon owners — are professionals.
They're spending their clients' money.
The standard they hold us to is high, and the support we give them has to match that.
In this role, you'll own the entire customer relationship: from onboarding new trade accounts, to keeping existing customers active and engaged, to managing our brand ambassador programme and driving our UGC strategy forward.
Trade Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with our professional trade accounts (stylists and salons)
- Proactively check in with accounts, identify opportunities to support their growth, and flag when accounts go quiet
- Manage dormant account reactivation — this is a key focus area
Customer Service
- Handle all incoming trade customer queries with speed, warmth, and professionalism (email and WhatsApp)
- Own resolutions end-to-end — no passing the buck
- Monitor and improve our customer experience score and review profile
Brand Ambassador & UGC Management
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard new brand ambassadors from our trade and wider beauty community
- Build and manage ongoing ambassador relationships — keeping them engaged, briefed, and motivated
- Create clear, on-brand briefs for UGC content and follow through to ensure quality output
- Review, approve, and organise UGC assets for use across social, email, and campaigns
- Track ambassador performance and identify who's delivering the best content and community impact
- Spot opportunities to grow our ambassador network — including stylists, educators, and creators in the UAE and UK
CRM & Operations
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date in Shopify
- Track account health, monitor reorder patterns, and surface insights
- Support operational accuracy across the customer-facing side of the business
Non-negotiable
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar relationship-focused role
- Strong written communication skills in English — warm, professional, and clear
- Comfortable using CRM systems and picking up new tools quickly (we use Shopify)
- Based in Dubai (UAE) — this role requires regular in-person presence in Dubai
- Bonus points:
- Experience in the beauty, hair, or professional trade industries
- Familiar with Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business, or similar tools
- Experience with UGC creation or coordination
- Canva skills
- Genuinely interested in the hair and beauty world
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days you'll have a clear picture of our customer base, you'll have connected with our key accounts personally, and you'll have started moving dormant accounts back into activity.
By six months in, you'll own this area independently.
Trade customers will know your name.
You'll be the reason our retention rate is going up.
Package
- **Base salary:** 7,000 – 9,000 AED per month, based on experience
- **Quarterly performance bonus:** Up to 15,000 AED per quarter, based on agreed KPIs including dormant account reactivation, customer retention, customer experience, UGC engagement, and operational excellence
- **Working pattern:** Primarily remote with in-person meetings in Dubai (approx. twice weekly)
