Overview
We are looking for
part-time, fully remote
, bilingual Community Manager (English - Spanish) with advanced English (C1 or C2).
The dedication is
1.5 hours per day and it is semi-flexible in its timings.
Role Summary
The Bilingual Community Manager will be the primary voice and advocate for the personal brand they manage, focusing on creating meaningful engagement, fostering a positive community atmosphere, and growing the brand's presence across the growing audiences.
The main platform to manage is LinkedIn.
This role requires fluency in both languages, good understanding of social media trends, and exceptional communication and grammar skills.
Required Qualifications
- **Language Fluency:**
F
- luency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- is mandatory.
- **Experience:**
- Proven minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Community Management, Social Media Management, or similar role, specifically managing personal brands or high-profile accounts is a strong plus.
- **Social Media Platform Expertise:**
- Expert working knowledge of major social media platforms, including their respective community best practices and management tools.
- **Communication Skills:**
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
Remuneration
This job pays 4-6 USD dollars per hour, depending on the number of years of experience.
