Kkey Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, desserts, and other baked products according to approved recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Assist in mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing bakery and pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Properly handle, store, and label ingredients and finished products.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets while minimizing waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a pastry and bakery production environment or a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
