- Support transportation planning and optimize delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
- Analyze logistics performance and prepare reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
- Supervise logistics personnel and provide guidance to achieve departmental objectives.
- Handle logistics-related issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
