Requirements
- Minimum **10 years of experience** in bakery and pastry production, with at least **5 years in a leadership role**.
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility, industrial bakery, or large-scale production environment.
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, product development, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Culinary, Baking & Pastry, or related qualifications preferred.
