Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Chef de Partie (CDP)** specializing in **Bakery and Pastry** to join our growing food production team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in bakery and pastry operations, with experience working in a high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce bakery and pastry items according to standard recipes and production schedules
- Oversee daily bakery and pastry section operations
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Monitor ingredient usage, inventory, and storage conditions
- Ensure proper handling of machinery, tools, and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP, GMP compliance)
- Train and guide junior staff as needed
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to meet targets and address issues
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Bakery/Pastry (food factory or bakery production preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, pastry production, and finishing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume production setting
- Good understanding of food safety standards and quality control
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
