Job Description
We are currently hiring a Collections Officer (UAE National) for a reputable company based in Jumeirah, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues
- Prepare collection reports and payment status updates
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and customers
Requirements
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or finance is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
