- We're Hiring: Credit Collections Agents – Dubai (Multiple Locations)
- We are looking for a driven, outgoing, and energetic Credit Collections Agents who’s passionate about people, targets and progress.

- What you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee the company's credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Call defaulting customers to collect overdue payments, ensuring payments are made and accounts are updated accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure that all payments are processed correctly and promptly.
- Prepare and review monthly aging reports to prioritize collections efforts.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to address customer disputes and ensure smooth communication regarding credit terms.
- Handle the cancellation process for accounts with unresolved payment issues, following company policies.
- Freeze memberships for clients with outstanding debts until payment is received or alternative arrangements are made.
