The collection executive manages timely recovery of outstanding client payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage collection of outstanding accounts and pursue timely client payments.
- Follow up with clients by calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings about overdue amounts.
- Maintain client relationships and address payment concerns professionally.
- Explain outstanding balances, payment options, and DLD rules and regulations.
- Record client interactions, payment statuses, and follow-up activity in the CRM system.
- Report on collection activity, outstanding balances, and payment trends.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
- Resolve payment disputes or discrepancies with clients.
- Work with sales and finance teams on billing accuracy and client issues.
- Identify collection-process risks and propose solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Requires 2–3 years of collections experience in real estate or banking.
- Knowledge of real estate payment systems, property sales, and legal procedures related to collections.
- French or Russian language ability is specified for candidates.
- Requires organization, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, diplomacy, and tact.
Pay
- Pay is stated as AED 1–2 per month.
