Lead the leasing team and ensure efficient leasing operations.
Leasing and business development
- Source and secure property listings from landlords, owners, and developers; build owner relationships and expand listing opportunities.
- Document, competitively price, and publish newly acquired listings across relevant platforms.
- Manage residential and/or commercial leasing activities, monitor vacant units, and meet leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
- Conduct viewings, handle tenant inquiries, negotiations, and lease closures; support tenant relationships, renewals, and retention.
- Build relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and potential tenants; monitor market rates, competitors, and leasing trends.
- Prepare and execute tenancy contracts and related documents; report leasing performance to management.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the leasing team; comply with company policies, UAE tenancy laws, and RERA requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of leasing experience; UAE real estate or property management experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of team supervision or leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE leasing practices and RERA regulations.
- Communication, negotiation, sales, relationship-management, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or leasing systems; target-oriented.
Pay
- AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
