- Provide accurate information about payment policies and procedures and communicate professionally.
Tracking and documentation
- Maintain payment and follow-up records and update internal systems with payment statuses and balances.
- Prepare collection reports for management.
- Send reminders and confirmations, issue receipts, update clients on processing status, and document collection communications.
