Requirements
- Proven Property Advisor experience or similar experience within real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and development processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to build client trust.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong sales orientation.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients through development projects and the property buying process.
- Explain property specifications, prices, payment plans, and legal procedures.
- Build client relationships to drive sales.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and related documents.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
