Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in outdoor media, infrastructure development, or real estate.
- Strong network with UAE municipal and government entities and in-depth knowledge of Emirate-specific and federal billboard placement and construction laws.
- Demonstrated budgeting, project management, and construction coordination experience.
- Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous OOH media development experience and understanding of the UAE advertising regulatory landscape are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Scout and evaluate billboard locations; conduct feasibility assessments and site surveys.
- Liaise with government, municipal, and regulatory bodies to secure permissions and approvals; ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Oversee billboard development from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with creative teams and designers on billboard concepts and approvals.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering teams during construction; monitor delivery against schedule and budget.
- Present proposals to stakeholders and partners; negotiate with landowners, authorities, and service providers.
