Client Technical Solutions Lead, PathWise

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Guide clients as a technical point of contact and coordinate across modelling, product, engineering, infrastructure, and implementation teams.
• Help clients design, implement, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize actuarial and quantitative models in PathWise.
• Translate business and modelling requirements into practical solutions.
• Build knowledge of PathWise workflows, configuration, capabilities, and use cases; answer product questions and recommend approaches.
• Advise on deployment architecture, cloud and on-premises environments, GPUs, high-performance computing, scalability, security, and readiness.
• Build tailored solutions and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate business value and platform capabilities.
• Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops with sales and account teams.
• Optimize client models and workflows, including GPU-enabled processing.
• Coordinate advanced support for complex model, product, performance, configuration, and environment issues.
• Lead client technical onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate specialists, clarify ownership, communicate progress, and maintain continuity through issue resolution.
• Gather client feedback and work with product, development, and service teams to improve priorities and client experience.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical discipline, such as actuarial science, engineering, mathematical finance, mathematics, physics, statistics, or computer science.
• More than 8 years of experience in quantitative analysis, actuarial modelling, data science, financial modelling, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related client-facing technical role.

Workplace

• Hybrid position with flexibility to work from home and from Aon’s head offices in London.
