Client Relations Officer
About This Role
We are looking for a new team member to join our growing team. Immediate joiners are preferred. This role involves engaging with clients through outbound calls, providing customer support, and promoting our services. Freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Maintain records and update CRM using Microsoft Office
- Assist with client onboarding and explain services
- Maintain professional communication with clients
Requirements:
- Basic experience in outreach, call center, telesales, or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and customer-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English
