About the Role

We are seeking performance-driven professionals to join our DRAW Team in a revenue-responsible client relationship role within the financial markets domain.

This position is designed for individuals who understand trading fundamentals, possess strong client-handling skills, and are confident in managing deposits, upgrades, and long-term client engagement.

The ideal candidate must be target-oriented, persuasive, and capable of converting prospects into active depositing clients while maintaining high relationship standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional client meetings (online/offline)

Manage and follow up on student deposits

Coordinate seminars and webinars in collaboration with internal teams

Maintain structured communication with assigned clients

Provide basic trading-related guidance and support

Ensure high client retention and satisfaction standards

Achieve defined revenue & sales closings and performance KPIs

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records

Successfully create business from existing customer accounts

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Forex or financial market trading / Sales, Client Relationship, or Customer Service

Strong closing and negotiation ability

Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)

Malayalam and Hindi proficiency is an advantage

Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment

Professional attitude with long-term career focus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500
