Client Relationship Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive with strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Our Office is located in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare regular reports on client performance and satisfaction
- Support onboarding of new clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluent in English
- Basic Arabic (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Multilingual skills
