Client Relations Manager
About This Role
Job Summary
TotuMail Communications Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting the delivery of communication and digital services. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and meet client expectations
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure retention
- Prepare reports on client engagement and performance
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews
- Support upselling and cross-selling of services
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in communications, SaaS, or digital services is a plus
- Must have the legal right to work in the UAE
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 11,000 – AED 17,000 per month (depending on experience)
