Job Summary:
Qanat Al Amel is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relation Executive to join our growing team. We welcome both experienced candidates and freshers who are passionate about sales and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Language Requirements:
Candidates must be able to speak:
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- English
- Kannada & Hindi
