Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Housekeeping Female Supervisor** to manage daily housekeeping operations within a healthcare facility.
The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high cleaning and infection control standards, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across patient rooms, wards, corridors, and public areas.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, HSE, and hospital cleaning standards.
- Oversee terminal cleaning, waste management, and proper PPE usage.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Staff Development Conduct on-the-job training for new hires on chemical safety (COSHH/MSDS), color-coding systems, and patient room etiquette, etc...
- Coordinate with nursing and facility teams to resolve operational issues.
- Reporting: Maintain logs of shift handovers, incident reports, and audit scores for
- management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of infection control, terminal cleaning, and healthcare sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with healthcare audits (JCI/MOH) is an advantage.

- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
