About This Role
Overview
We are established in Abu Dhabi as a cleaning company seeking for an **experienced Cleaning Supervisor** to join our team in **Abu Dhabi**.
The ideal candidate must have **a minimum of 3 years of experience** in a **house cleaning company** and will be responsible for overseeing business operations, optimizing daily team scheduling, and ensuring high service standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations, including **team allocation and scheduling** for maximum efficiency.
- Provide **training** to staff to ensure service consistency and maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle **customer inquiries** and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain operational standards to enhance business performance.
Requirements
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a house cleaning company.
- **Strong organizational and leadership skills** to manage scheduling and team coordination.
- **Proficiency in computer skills**, including **MS Office**.
- **Proficient in English language.**
- **Preferred: Female candidates**.
- **Location:** Abu Dhabi.
- **Visa Requirement:** Own visa (must provide **NOC**) or **transferable visa**.
- **Availability:** Immediate hire.
Working Conditions
- **Working Hours:** as per UAE labour law.
- **Day Off:** One day per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
