Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Preferably, we are looking for a candidate with UAE work experience in a similar role who can uphold high standards of confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and cleaning projects, supervising the logistical requirements and drivers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff
- Provide logistical support and supervise drivers
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas
- Train and mentor new cleaning staff
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address client complaints and requests promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Young and energetic candidate who is able to handle physical workload and work under strict deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and working knowledge of cleaning equipment
· Knowledge of vehicles and transportation
· Familiarity with UAE locations
· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
