Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Rope Access Cleaning Supervisor with valid IRATA Level 3 certification to join our operations team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will oversee rope access cleaning activities, supervise technicians on-site, and ensure all work is carried out according to safety and operational standards.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in high-rise exterior cleaning, façade maintenance, and rope access supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise rope access cleaning teams at project sites
- Ensure compliance with IRATA procedures and site safety regulations
- Conduct pre-job safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety performance
- Inspect rope access equipment and ensure proper usage
- Coordinate site activities with operations and management teams
- Prepare daily work reports and site documentation
- Support planning and execution of high-rise cleaning projects
- Assist in training and guiding rope access technicians when required
Requirements
- Valid IRATA Level 3 certification
- Previous experience in rope access cleaning or façade cleaning
- Supervisory experience in rope access operations preferred
- Good understanding of work-at-height safety standards
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Ability to join immediately is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
