We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cleaning and housekeeping supervision
- Experience managing cleaning staff and daily operations
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage schedules, staff attendance, and site inspections
- Experience handling residential, commercial, or holiday home cleaning operations is a plus
- Ability to maintain high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction
- Basic English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams across different locations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Coordinate staff schedules, transportation, and assignments
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures
- Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Report directly to management regarding operations and staff performance
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
