Cleaning Supervisor

About This Role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners).
• Assign daily tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions as needed.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness.
• Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Prepare guest rooms and public areas for use.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder supplies when needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure staff follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
• Ensure safe working conditions for all housekeeping staff.
• Respond to special guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Address and resolve guest complaints about cleanliness.
• Ensure guest privacy and respect during room cleaning.
• Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and safety.
• Provide ongoing training and development to improve team skills.
• Work with maintenance to address cleaning-related repairs.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Keep records of incidents, complaints, and inventory usage.
• Provide regular reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.

Qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Priority for who have FM knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

• UAE Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
