- مشرف نظافة (Cleaning Supervisor)
- الهدف الوظيفي:
- الإشراف على أعمال النظافة اليومية وضمان تنفيذها وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة، بما يحقق بيئة عمل نظيفة وصحية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف المباشر على عمال النظافة وتوزيع المهام اليومية
- إعداد جداول العمل ومتابعة الالتزام بها
- التأكد من تطبيق معايير النظافة والصحة المهنية
- إجراء جولات تفتيش دورية على المواقع
- تدريب الموظفين الجدد على إجراءات العمل
- متابعة استخدام المواد والمعدات بشكل صحيح
- إعداد التقارير اليومية والشهرية عن الأداء
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لتلبية احتياجات النظافة
- التعامل مع الشكاوى والملاحظات وتحسين مستوى الخدمة
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- دبلوم أو ثانوية كحد أدنى
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على النظافة
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية
- القدرة على حل المشكلات
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي (أساسيات)
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات التواصل الفعال
- إدارة الوقت
- العمل تحت الضغط
- الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل
