As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices.

In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Must-have qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
• [OR] one year post-secondary education

• Proficiency using office equipment
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
• Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
• Customer service and follow-up skills

**Location:**Allentown, PA.

You must reside within 30 miles of Progressive's Allentown Claims office at 7535 Windsor Drive, Suite 102B, Allentown, PA 18195.

**Schedule:**Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.

This is an in-office, customer-facing position.

• $19.61 - $20.96/hourly
