Supervise daily site operations for villa, renovation, and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage labor, subcontractors, and site workers; monitor manpower productivity and utilization.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of activities, materials, inspections, and progress.
- Monitor schedule progress and follow up on material requirements, deliveries, and availability.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, stakeholders, site teams, and the Project Manager.
- Arrange site inspections, identify issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure work is inspection-ready.
- Follow site safety requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of UAE/Dubai civil or building construction experience.
- Experience in villa construction, renovation, and maintenance projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and construction activities.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- AED 6,000–7,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
